Yes. Include your target specification and sample quantity in the enquiry. Availability, sample costs and courier fees will be confirmed before dispatch.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQ depends on the botanical, processing form and producer. Request a quotation for your required quantity; no standard MOQ is assumed.
Are all products certified organic or food grade?
No blanket certification is claimed. Certificates, permitted applications and destination-market requirements must be checked for each product and producer.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
Incoterms, payment terms, lead time and required export documents are agreed in the quotation and contract for each order.
